Operated by the Digital Identification Bureau Ltd., YuTru is an open scheme for digital identification of both individuals and businesses. It works in collaboration with the Bank of Papua New Guinea (BPNG), the PNG Digital Commerce Association (PNGDCA), and the Centre for Excellence in Financial Inclusion (CEFI) to ensure access to the formal financial system for those previously excluded.
