YWM Convention

Your Weight Matters Convention, presented by the Obesity Action Coalition (OAC), is the largest national gathering focused on delivering evidence-based strategies for individuals affected by excess weight and obesity. This premier event offers two unique formats: YWM-Virtual, an online experience, and YWM-Engage, an in-person gathering, catering to a diverse community seeking support and education. Each year, attendees benefit from science-based sessions that foster learning and advocacy, while connecting with health experts and peers who share similar experiences.

The convention emphasizes the importance of community and belonging, providing a platform where participants can find inspiration and life-changing insights. OAC members express gratitude for the friendships and support gained through the convention, reinforcing the event's value in their journeys toward better health. With a commitment to ongoing education and support, Your Weight Matters Convention stands as a vital resource for those navigating challenges related to weight and obesity.
