Award-winning NGO that provides career mentorship and guidance, personal development, and entrepreneurship training and support to young women and men between 13 and 32 years, across Jamaica. The organization has designed and implemented high impact projects, which have been funded by local and international funding agencies and has impacted over ten thousand youths across Jamaica. The organization now operates our own technology social enterprise, Link Your Purpose, to expand our work and contribute to the organization’s sustainability. Mission As a non-profit organization, our mission is to offer programmes and opportunities that support youth career and life development.

About Young Women
YWOP (Young Women and Men of Purpose) is an award-winning Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to empowering the youth of our nation. With a mission to inspire and guide young individuals, YWOP offers a range of programs and initiatives. Through their Mentoring Programme, they provide invaluable support and career development opportunities for young people.
Their REAP Programme focuses on entrepreneurship and leadership, equipping participants with the skills and knowledge to succeed. High School Clubs and Summer Camps offer further avenues for growth and development.
