Its central feature is a profile for each of Poland’s 2,479 municipalities, bringing together data on debt, spending, revenue, investments, tenders and contracts. The site reports 3,580,548 annual indicators covering municipalities, counties, regions and the country, drawn from 75 public registers and linked through identifiers such as TERYT, KRS and NIP. Figures include links to their sources, and a data-source graph explains which public bodies provide the records and how they inform the site’s pages.

Visitors can explore rankings, maps, analyses and visualisations, compare two municipalities across financial measures, and browse political information on parliament, voting, party finances, elected officials and legislative activity. The project presents its approach as factual and source-based, rather than opinion-led. Alongside the public platform, its creator, Gluon AI and Mateusz Przybysz, offers commissioned data analyses, maps, visualisations, custom business applications, analytics websites and dashboards, from concept through implementation.
