Z-Freunde International

Z-Freunde International e.V. (ZFI) is a vibrant community dedicated to fans of the Z scale model railroading, uniting enthusiasts from Europe and beyond. Catering to a diverse range of members—from hobbyists and collectors to skilled model builders—ZFI aims to promote the Z scale and expand the available accessories through collaborative innovation with small-series manufacturers.

The organization provides a wealth of resources, including a non-commercial online forum where members can share insights, discuss projects, and troubleshoot complex modeling issues. ZFI also organizes regional gatherings known as "Stammtische," enabling members to connect and exchange ideas in a friendly atmosphere.

The highlight of the ZFI calendar is the International Spur-Z-Weekend, one of the largest exhibitions devoted exclusively to Z scale model railroading. Members can also explore a curated list of manufacturers and dealers for rare parts and new releases, ensuring that collectors and builders have access to unique materials not found in typical stores. Join ZFI to enhance your model railroading experience and connect with fellow enthusiasts.
