It provides information about eligibility, pay, benefits, documents, available roles, and the application process, with support from an initial enquiry through contract signing and arrival at a military unit. Candidates can apply online or call the listed toll-free number to discuss their circumstances and potential positions.

The site describes assistance with choosing a specialty, preparing documents, travel, accommodation, and meals during the application process. It outlines medical and psychological screening, contract procedures, and subsequent professional training. Roles presented include drone operator, sniper, communications specialist, sapper, driver, mechanic, machine gunner, military police, medical staff, and support personnel. The site also publishes estimated one-time and monthly payments, while noting that actual earnings depend on position, rank, achievements, and regional allowances. It says applications are open to men aged 18 to 60, including Russian citizens and foreign nationals, subject to health and other requirements.
