Zacanto Investment

Zacanto Investment provides external financial leadership and corporate finance support for companies, investors, advisory firms and legal practices. Based in Madrid, Spain, the firm works alongside management teams and their advisers during periods of growth, reorganisation, fundraising, investor entry, acquisitions and real estate development. Its approach combines senior financial judgement, structured analysis and support through execution.

For businesses that need financial direction without building a full internal department, Zacanto offers external CFO services covering treasury, cash flow, reporting, budgets, forecasts and management control. The firm also structures debt and equity financing, project finance and special-purpose vehicles, and supports investor-entry processes. Its corporate finance work includes business plans, financial models, due diligence, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and financial presentations to banks, auditors and investors.

Zacanto develops reporting and scenario analysis to help turn financial data into practical decisions, monitor liquidity and identify potential deviations early. It also collaborates discreetly with investors, advisers and law firms, providing specialised financial analysis and execution while preserving their client relationships.
