Zamień Szare na Zielone

Zamień Szare na Zielone Foundation is a Polish nonprofit organization working to advance ecology and sustainable development. Building on an educational project of the same name, it promotes theoretical and practical knowledge in landscape architecture, urban planning, horticulture, and the protection and sustainable management of environmental resources. Its work focuses particularly on improving how green space and water are incorporated into urban areas.

The foundation provides educational activities and training for architects, designers, green-space inspectors, construction inspectors, and members of school and academic communities, including teachers, students, and pupils. Demonstration installations of green roofs help communicate practical approaches to urban greening. The foundation also supports, stimulates, and conducts research and projects in its fields of interest, including the preparation of educators who teach future designers and contractors of green spaces, green roofs, and green walls.

Through collaboration with organizations and institutions in Poland and across Europe, Zamień Szare na Zielone encourages the exchange of experience and the transfer of good practices in education and environmental design.
