HDS ZAMP

HDS ZAMP is the authors’ rights service of the Croatian Composers’ Society, representing creators and other rightsholders in musical works. It helps protect and administer their copyright by collecting fees for the use of music and distributing royalties to authors. The service also supports businesses and other music users, offering licences for access to almost the entire world music repertoire and guidance on how music may be used, applicable tariffs and reporting requirements.

For authors, HDS ZAMP provides information about membership, rights, documentation and forms, as well as tools to search its database of authors, musical works and publishers. Its website offers frequently asked questions, copyright resources, news and information about campaigns and industry events. The organisation also publishes annual and audit reports and operates a web shop. In cooperation with the Croatian Society of Film Authors and Producers, it supports work concerning audiovisual rights and related remuneration. Through its services and educational content, HDS ZAMP connects music creators with those who use music and helps ensure rights are recognised and payments are managed.
