Zampamica2010

Zampamica2010 ODV is an animal-protection volunteer association based in Lecco, founded by independent volunteers who joined forces to defend and care for animals. Its work focuses mainly on dogs and cats, and sometimes includes rabbits and guinea pigs. The association supports abandoned and vulnerable animals, helps find them new families, and feeds and sterilizes cats living in local colonies. It also seeks foster homes, particularly for cats and kittens, and welcomes volunteers to assist with colony care, food collections, fundraising events, market stalls and lottery ticket sales.

Zampamica offers distance adoption to support older or more vulnerable animals. Contributions help provide food, parasite prevention, blankets, shelters and veterinary care. Supporters can also donate, give monthly through the Teaming platform, contribute food or assign their tax donation to the association. Alongside practical animal care, Zampamica promotes respect for animals and works against violence and exploitation. Its initiatives include adoption activities, fundraising campaigns and public awareness efforts, all aimed at protecting animal rights and helping animals find dignified care and loving homes.
