About Zambia Property Owners Association

As the Zambia Property Owners Association, Zapoa was incorporated in 2014 under the Societies Act as a 'not for profit' association dedicated to the expansion and development of the country's real estate sector. One of Zapoa's core objectives is to represent and promote the interests of its members within the industry.
