Zapomenuté odrůdy is a Czech herbarium and online project dedicated to preserving the heritage of old and regionally distinctive fruit varieties. Its focus is on apple and pear varieties traditionally grown across the country, especially in the Pardubice Region, while also documenting examples from other areas. The site combines descriptions of individual varieties with a living database of discovery locations, including trees found in the countryside and in old private gardens.

Through articles and historical information, Zapomenuté odrůdy explores the cultural, biological and landscape value of fruit trees that are becoming less common. It encourages renewed interest in their cultivation, particularly in traditional orchards, large rural gardens, village greens and roadside avenues. Visitors can browse the herbarium and read about varieties such as Lobo, Oldenburgovo and Koporečka. The project also invites the public to contribute reports of noteworthy old apple or pear trees, ideally with photographs, a description, and the date and location of the find.
