Zarabitchany.org is an information and support portal for people from Ukraine and Russia who are considering work abroad, are already working overseas, or have returned home and need assistance. Operating since April 2009 under the auspices of the New Traditions charitable foundation, the project aims to promote safe, legal employment and help prevent exploitation and irregular labor migration.

The portal provides information on overseas job opportunities, employment agencies, recruitment procedures, contracts, workers’ rights, and the laws that apply in destination countries. Its resources help users assess agencies and employers, recognize potential scams, understand workplace and accommodation conditions, and respond to problems such as disputes with employers or lost documents. The site also publishes migration-related news and offers practical legal guidance, alongside information and psychological support for people returning home.

Zarabitchany.org serves prospective and current migrant workers as well as returnees, helping them make informed decisions and find assistance when difficulties arise. Its content addresses the employment process from preparation and departure through work abroad and reintegration after returning home.
