AZON, the Atlas of Open Science Resources, is an open-access information platform developed as part of the “Aktywna platforma informacyjna e-scienceplus. pl” project. It brings together tens of thousands of digital resources contributed by five partner institutions: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Wrocław Medical University, the University of Physical Education in Wrocław, and the Institute of Systems Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Its collection spans books, journals, research articles, teaching materials, presentations, photographs, conference materials, datasets, 3D models, and audio and video files. Anyone with internet access can search, view, download, print, cite, and, where licenses permit, redistribute resources without fees or registration. Materials are offered under open licenses, with usage conditions varying by item.

AZON supports discovery through searchable collections, indexes, metadata, and linked data, including formats such as RDF and JSON-LD that enable further analysis and tool development. Accessibility features include transcripts, captions, and alignment with WCAG 2. 0 guidance
