ZaumZeug is a second-hand equestrian shop founded by Mareen, a lifelong horse enthusiast and horse owner. Drawing on her own experience with the costs of keeping horses and the challenges of buying through classifieds and social media, Mareen created a straightforward way to pass on and purchase well-maintained riding equipment. The business opened its local shop in 2024 and also sells online, with a focus on transparent, convenient shopping and fair prices.
Its selection includes pre-owned items for horse and rider, such as bridles, horse blankets, saddles, saddle pads, halters, girths, bandages, riding trousers, boots, jackets, competition wear, safety vests and other accessories. Customers can order through the online shop and choose Click & Collect: pay online, then collect the prepared order at the shop during opening hours or by appointment, without delivery charges.
