Thuis is voor Zavier zelfstandig wonen op je eigen plek zoals jij dat wilt, waarbij zorg en overige servicediensten in de nabijheid beschikbaar zijn en bijdragen aan welzijn. We organiseren dit door zorgondernemers, die een woonzorglocatie exploiteren, te ondersteunen vanuit de ‘Zavier-formule’. Deze formule faciliteert de ondernemer van opstart en inrichting tot en met de exploitatie van de woonzorglocatie. Op die manier kan de ondernemer zich vooral richten op de organisatie van de zorg en de individuele aandacht voor ouderen.
