Z Designs is a home technology and audio installation company serving the Wichita, Kansas area. With a focus on engineering a higher standard for sound, the company helps homeowners plan and install systems for entertainment and everyday connectivity. Its services include home theater and projector installations, patio audio, cell boosters, and audio wiring for new homes.

Z Designs works with products from brands including Yamaha, Klipsch, Episode, and LG, along with other manufacturers. The company notes that equipment selection is an important factor in a project’s sound quality and can support installations of varying complexity, from work completed in a few hours to projects that take several days.

For new-home construction, Z Designs recommends getting in touch weeks before the rough-in or pre-wiring stage, typically when HVAC or electrical work is nearing completion. The company says the pre-wire process takes less than a week. It also offers color matching to help ensure finishes blend with existing paint.
