Zdrowa Rodzina

Zdrowa Rodzina is a non-public healthcare provider based in Opole, Poland, established in 1998 by community and family midwives. The organisation focuses on professional care for women throughout different stages of life, as well as support for infants and children. It primarily provides midwifery services under an agreement with Poland’s National Health Fund, serving Opole and nearby municipalities through care at its clinic and in patients’ homes.

Its services include pregnancy care, postpartum and home-visiting support, cardiotocography (CTG) examinations, childbirth classes, and post-operative care. The practice also offers paediatric physiotherapy and access to specialists, including a speech and neurological speech therapist and a psychological-pedagogical counselling service. Educational sessions cover topics such as birth preparation, breastfeeding, newborn care, and infant development.

Zdrowa Rodzina emphasises experienced, qualified midwives, accessible telephone contact, and cooperation with primary care professionals, specialists, hospitals, and social workers. It also serves as a training base for University of Opole students and participants in specialist medical courses.
