Zeekever offers a nostalgic way to explore Walcheren, Zeeland, in a classic 1975 Volkswagen Beetle. Based in Vlissingen, the brand invites visitors to discover the region’s coastline, villages, historic towns and landscapes from behind the wheel of an iconic vintage car. Its experience is designed for couples, visitors and anyone seeking a memorable outing, with personal service intended to make each trip suit the occasion.
Zeekever’s offerings include coastal tours that pass beaches and scenic towns, as well as a picnic route through the Zeeland countryside. The picnic package features a basket of local treats, collected from Theeschenkerij de Pluktuin, with a blanket and tableware for a relaxed stop along the way. The Beetle is also available as a wedding car, bringing vintage character to a special day. Guests can choose to drive the car themselves and explore at their own pace. Zeekever emphasizes a friendly, reliable service and curated routes showcasing places such as Veere, Middelburg and Zoutelande. Reservations are expected to reopen in spring 2026.
