Cultuurhuis De Zeepziederij in Bree offers a unique cultural experience with their event Stemmen onder de Sterren (Voices under the Stars). Taking place on August 25th, this extraordinary evening takes you to the cistercian abbey of Villers-la-Ville, located in the heart of Waals-Brabant. This historical monument is renowned for its breathtaking beauty and serves as the perfect setting for a mesmerizing event that combines music and magic.

The 800-year-old ruins and gardens of the abbey create a stunning backdrop for classical and modern choir singing. During the promenade concert, you'll have the opportunity to explore the site at your own pace while enjoying performances from six world-class vocal ensembles. Throughout the evening, the individual ensembles will repeat their 20-minute concerts, culminating in a grand finale with over 100 singers.

Treat yourself to delicious food and drinks in the designated eating and resting areas. The event includes transportation from Bree, departing at 15:45 and returning around 3:00. Basic fitness and mobility are recommended for this walking spectacle.
