Zen Academy

Zen Academy is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai academy located at 172–178 Princes Highway in Arncliffe, Sydney. It offers structured martial arts training for children, teens, adults and families, welcoming beginners and experienced students alike. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes include Gi and NoGi training, along with self-defence.

The academy also runs dedicated kids’ Jiu-Jitsu classes, a children’s boxing program and Muay Thai classes focused on conditioning, technique and progressive skill development. Its kids’ programs support confidence and discipline, and teach practical self-defence skills, including ways to respond to bullying. Whether joining for a first class, returning to training or working toward competition, students are encouraged to develop at their own level.

The academy is about a ten-minute walk from Arncliffe Station and offers on-site parking. New members can book a free seven-day trial week with no obligation, and the weekly timetable is available through the academy. Zen Academy presents itself as a welcoming place to train across ages and experience levels
