About ZEN BU KAN KEMPO
**Zen Bu Kan Kempo**
Zen Bu Kan Kempo (ZBK) is the official Hungarian martial arts federation dedicated to the practice and promotion of Kempo. This organization offers a comprehensive range of training programs, catering to both children and adults across various locations, including clubs in Budapest and the countryside.
ZBK provides structured training sessions for kids under the Kid's Club initiative, enhancing their physical abilities and instilling discipline while ensuring a fun and engaging environment. Adult training sessions offer a rigorous platform for participants to master the techniques of Kempo, with options available for varied skill levels.
In addition to regular training, Zen Bu Kan Kempo organizes significant events such as the annual 24-hour Kempo training challenge and various prestigious competitions, including the UWSKF World Cup. These events not only highlight the competitive spirit of Kempo but also foster community engagement and personal development through challenges and teamwork, making ZBK a cornerstone of martial arts in Hungary.
