Zentral-Dojo

Welcome to Zentral Dojo Braunschweig, where laughter is the key to a healthy mind and body. We believe in the power of laughter to release endorphins, strengthen our immune system, and bring us happiness. As part of our martial arts training, we encourage laughter to help us see the good and positive qualities within ourselves and our surroundings.

At Zentral Dojo, we offer a wide range of martial arts disciplines, including Karatedo, Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, Taiji/Qi Gong, Kyusho Jitsu, and more. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping you learn these ancient arts and harness their transformative power. In addition to martial arts training, we also provide meditation classes for both children and adults, fostering inner peace and tranquility.

Our dojo is open to students of all ages and skill levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Check out our website for our current training schedule and upcoming events. Join us at Zentral Dojo Braunschweig and discover the joy and strength that laughter and martial arts can bring to your life
