The deck features six themes: Overthinking, Rest, Boundaries, Self Trust, Creating, and Joy, with ten cards in each. Messages tackle everyday experiences such as replaying old conversations, feeling guilty about rest, setting limits, trusting your own decisions, starting an imperfect draft, and making room for fun.
