Zerra DC is an integrated hyperscale data centre developer and operator serving cloud, artificial intelligence and other technology businesses. The company develops campus-scale sites across Australia, Japan and India, with more than 2GW of planned IT capacity in its current and near-term development pipeline. Its work brings together land acquisition, power sourcing, planning and permitting, design, construction, infrastructure finance and operations, enabling customers to plan capacity around technical requirements and long-term growth.

Zerra offers purpose-built campus models, including build-to-suit, function-to-suit, core and shell, and turnkey solutions. Its developments are designed to be flexible, sustainable and ready for hyperscale and AI workloads. Sustainability and community considerations inform its approach, with stated priorities including net-zero and renewable energy targets, local suppliers and reducing environmental impact.

A portfolio company of privately held infrastructure and real asset investor and developer AGP Group, Zerra was launched as a brand in 2026. Its projects include proposed and planned campuses in Melbourne, Queensland, the Tokyo region and Navi Mumbai, at various stages of development and approval.
