Zheng Dao Lo MAA

Zheng Dao Lo Martial Arts Academy is a martial arts school founded in 1997, teaching students of all ages and conditions. Its name means “The Way of the True Path,” reflecting an approach that values more than physical skill. The academy aims to uphold honour, courage, integrity, respect, humility and tolerance through disciplined martial arts practice, while helping students develop movement, fitness and confidence.

The school offers classes in Chinese Kung Fu, kickboxing and Tai Chi, with options suited to a range of interests and goals. Kickboxing combines fitness exercises, padwork and sparring to develop balance, strength, agility and endurance. Kung Fu covers a broad range of martial skills, with an emphasis on technical training, forms and practical application alongside mental and physical development. Tai Chi uses gentle movement and meditation to support health, coordination and graceful movement. The academy also runs workshops, events, tournaments and gradings. Classes are held across England’s south coast and in Wales, and prospective students can arrange a trial class or attend a regular weekly class.
