Zaha Hadid Foundation

The Zaha Hadid Foundation is a UK registered charity dedicated to preserving, studying and exhibiting the work and legacy of architect Zaha Hadid. It advances her commitment to experimentation across architecture and related disciplines, while supporting wider research and learning in architecture and design. The Foundation develops research projects and works with educational and cultural partners on public programmes designed to encourage learning and engagement with Hadid’s life and work.

Its activities include exhibitions, talks, events and educational initiatives, alongside the care and presentation of collections documenting Hadid’s practice. Collection highlights include projects such as the MAXXI Museum, Dongdaemun Design Plaza and the BMW Central Building. Past exhibitions have explored her drawings, architectural proposals and design projects, as well as work by other artists. The Foundation also supports opportunities for students and emerging practitioners through partnerships, scholarships and programmes, and shares news and research through its website and blog.
