Zia Fitness

Zia Fitness, LLC is a small, private gym in Torrance, California, offering a welcoming, family-friendly environment for children and adults. Its certified staff takes time to understand each member’s goals, helping newcomers feel comfortable while providing experienced fitness enthusiasts with coaching and facilities to support their progress. The gym offers customized fitness classes, affordable fitness and sports training, self-defense, grappling, functional fitness, yoga, and private training sessions.

Members can also use an indoor climbing wall and access a Dynavision D2 board, which the gym offers for concussion and injury prevention, along with concussion therapy. Zia Fitness emphasizes privacy and safety, vetting members before granting access and providing a supportive setting for women, children, and families. Its founder has taught self-defense at USC for 30 years, and the coaching team includes world champions and instructors with international training experience.

Zia Fitness is also a Bronze Certified Coach for USA Wrestling and an Advanced Group Trainer for TRX Training Systems
