ZIJNN is a women-focused personal development and wellbeing brand founded by Fiona Doornbos. It offers supportive spaces for women to strengthen their relationship with themselves, explore their emotions, and reconnect with their authentic selves. The approach emphasizes self-awareness, acceptance, embodiment, and personal growth, with the aim of helping participants make choices that reflect their own needs and values.

ZIJNN’s programs include the Inner Connection Circle, a three-month journey using bodywork, inner-child work, family constellations, and tools for understanding inner patterns; and the two-month Embodied Empowerment Circle, which helps participants listen to their bodies, release tension, and build self-trust. The Innerlijk Vuur Retreat offers time to rest and reflect through activities such as meditation, bodywork, and creative expression. ZIJNN also organizes themed women’s circles and cacao ceremonies with live music, which welcome people of all genders and ages. Cupping is listed among its offerings.
