Friedhofsgärtnerei Zillken is a family-run funeral gardening business founded in 1923, serving communities between Cologne-Mülheim and Bergisch Gladbach. With more than a century of experience, the company brings together expertise in plants and a compassionate understanding of bereavement. Its team supports families in creating and caring for dignified, personal places of remembrance, recognizing the importance of a grave as a space for reflection and connection.
Zillken’s services include new grave installations, individual grave design, ongoing and long-term grave maintenance, burial gardens, and funeral services. The company also offers advance planning consultations and an online shop. Its staff work across more than 30 cemeteries and can be contacted at cemetery locations or through its main premises in Cologne and branches in Bergisch Gladbach and Bensberg. Personal appointments are available, including at the Paffrather Street branch, where the office is not continuously staffed. Through attentive guidance, reliable service, and horticultural knowledge, Friedhofsgärtnerei Zillken helps families express lasting love and preserve memories in a meaningful way.
