ZIMCODD, also known as the Zimbabwe Coalition on Debt and Development, is a socio-economic justice coalition that aims to promote social and economic justice by advocating for pro-people and pro-poor public policy. Established in February 2000, ZIMCODD believes that indebtedness, unfair global trade, and lack of democratic economic governance are major causes of the socio-economic crises in Zimbabwe and beyond. To achieve their goals, ZIMCODD implements various programs focused on four key objectives.

These objectives include Domestic Resource Mobilisation (DRM) to facilitate the mobilisation of domestic resources for development, Public Resource Management (PRM) to ensure transparent and accountable management of public resources, Trade Justice and Livelihoods (TJL) to advocate for fair trade and sustainable livelihoods, and Organisational Development (OD) to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of ZIMCODD. ZIMCODD offers a range of resources such as policy briefs, research reports, and the Journal of Social & Economic Justice to provide valuable insights and information. They also publish weekly and monthly economic reviews, along with a weekend reader, to keep their audience informed.
