Zin-architecten werd opgericht in 2017 door ir architecten Alexander Van Steertegem en Koen Senecaut. Het kantoor vloeit voort uit meerdere samenwerkingen sinds 2012 en richt zich in hoofdzaak op particuliere woningbouw, zowel nieuwbouw en renovatie. Ook overheidsopdrachten komen aan bod: sociale woningbouw, scholenbouw en wedstrijdprojecten. ZIN staat voor een moderne en functionele architectuur, waarbij het verhaal vanaf het concept wordt doorgetrokken in een doorgedreven detaillering en een nauwkeurige opvolging bij de uitvoering.
