Z lásky k miminku is a family-focused service in Mladá Boleslav, run by Mirka, who supports parents from pregnancy through their baby’s early days and ongoing movement development. Drawing on more than 11 years of experience and specialist training, she offers practical guidance in a respectful, individual manner, recognising that every child and family is different.

Services include group exercise courses for babies, individual consultations, psychomotor development advice and activities, and support with handling, positioning and everyday care. Group placement is based on a baby’s current abilities and developmental stage, not age alone; new participants first attend an individual consultation. Small groups, practical home-care tips, video resources and ongoing WhatsApp support are among the course features.

Expectant parents can access pregnancy programs and preparation for caring for a baby, while lactation counselling is also available. Massage services are offered for babies and adults. When a concern may require medical assessment, Mirka recommends consulting a paediatric physiotherapist or paediatrician.
