Zlatý hamr

Zlatý Hamr is a mountain residential development offering 3+kk holiday apartments in the Krkonoše region of the Czech Republic, near Janské Lázně and Černá hora. The project combines the feel of a family home with the convenience of an apartment, including a private garden and relatively simple day-to-day maintenance. Its low-energy timber buildings are designed to fit the protected landscape and reflect traditional Krkonoše architecture. The development comprises nine semi-detached houses and is presented as both a personal mountain retreat and an investment opportunity.

Set close to the Duncan ski area and within reach of the SkiResort Černá hora–Pec, Zlatý Hamr provides access to nearby lifts, slopes and a network of winter activities. The surrounding area also offers hiking, cycling, nature trails and opportunities to visit the thermal spring in Janské Lázně. Restaurants, shops, pharmacies and cultural attractions are available in nearby towns, including Svoboda nad Úpou, Pec pod Sněžkou, Trutnov and Vrchlabí.
