After publishing the international tender for the concession of Zagreb Airport which was won by the group made of distinguished international companies Aeroports de Paris Management (ADPm) i Bouygues Bâtiment International (BBI), they which took over the management of one Zagreb Airport Ltd business segment on December 5th, 2013, thus forming a new company named Zagreb International Airport Jsc. The Zagreb Airport Ltd is still active company which operates as a legal entity, having now the role of an intermediary between the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the concessionaire, with the aim of further development of the infrastructure and all the transport segments that are not subject to the concessionaire contract. It will also develop and provide new services, as well as work on the design and preparation of other major infrastructure projects, all with the aim for Zagreb Airport to have a better position on the aviation market.
