ZNI - Institute for New Age Education is a private non-profit, voluntary non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Maribor, Slovenia. Founded in 2005 by Maja Kumperščak, the institute is led by Managing Director Sonja Markič, who has extensive experience with European Projects.

At ZNI, our dedicated team consists of project managers, mentors, human resources specialists, coordinators, administration staff, language teachers, and international interns. We have collectively participated in mobility projects and gained valuable experience in both sending and hosting services, successfully implementing over 3500 mobilities.

Our purpose at ZNI is to unlock human potential and encourage individuals to actively participate in the global society. We firmly believe in the power of connection and cooperation, regardless of diversity. As Heraclitus wisely said, "The only constant in life is change."

At ZNI, we offer a range of services, including hosting and sending students for work placements, organizing mobility experiences, conducting research, and implementing projects such as LEARNING TO PLAY II and VET SKE under the Erasmus+ program. We are committed to providing quality educational opportunities and nurturing personal growth.
