Karnevalsgesellschaft Zölleche Öllege 1879 e.V.

KG Zölleche Öllege 1879 e.V. is a traditional carnival society in Zülpich, Germany, bringing together generations of members to celebrate and support local customs. The society combines established carnival values with the energy and ideas of younger participants, fostering fellowship, cooperation, and shared celebrations. As a committee-based organization, it has neither a guard corps nor its own music corps. Its work includes organizing society events, supporting the annual Carnival Prince of Zülpich when the role is assigned to another city-center carnival society, and helping strengthen ties among Zülpich’s carnival associations.

The Öllege also invites local clubs, schools, kindergartens, businesses, groups of friends, and walking groups to take part in the city’s Rose Monday procession, whether on foot or with a decorated float. People can support the society through active or inactive membership, attend its events, or contact its members to learn more. Its website shares news, photographs, historical information, music, and details about the society’s traditions, members, and activities.
