Zoe Starr Events is the celebrancy business of Zoe Starr, a Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrant based in Newtown, Geelong. With a creative, performing-arts background and a progressive, relaxed approach, Zoe creates engaging ceremonies centred on each couple’s personalities, relationship and wishes. She serves Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast, regularly travels to the Otways, and is happy to travel elsewhere in Australia, with travel fees applying.

Couples can choose from four wedding ceremony options. The fully bespoke package includes a ceremony written from scratch, in-depth planning, unlimited collaboration and revisions, vow guidance, a rehearsal and support with legal paperwork. The personalised package uses a detailed questionnaire to shape the ceremony, with rehearsal and vow support. For couples seeking a simpler option, Zoe offers a legally compliant ceremony with a pre-written script that can be adapted, as well as a short, registry-office-style legal ceremony available Monday to Thursday. Depending on the package, services include preparing and lodging marriage documents, arranging the official marriage certificate, and providing a PA system and microphone when required. Zoe also offers guidance on marriage requirements and local relationship-support resources.
