Zohir

Zohir offers children’s movement clubs combining parkour, acrobatics and all-round physical training. Designed for active children aged eight and up, its sessions introduce skills such as jumps, rolls, handstands and other gymnastics elements, while developing parkour techniques including take-offs and landings. The program also builds strength, agility, speed and coordination, helping participants establish physical foundations that can support other sports and develop a healthy relationship with movement.

Zohir emphasizes a friendly, encouraging atmosphere in which children help and support one another. Coaches aim to motivate participants and lead by example, while teaching in a supervised environment where mistakes are treated as a natural part of learning. Activities also help children manage fear, build confidence and respect their bodies and personal limits.

The organization runs weekly clubs at schools, sports halls and other venues across Prague and locations in the surrounding Central Bohemian region, including Kladno, Mělník, Nymburk and Příbram.
