Zonebysatu

Zonebysatu is a wellbeing practice founded and run by Satu Kotiranta, a yoga teacher, reflexologist, registered nurse and mother of two. Based in Pirkkala, Finland, it supports people through pregnancy, early parenthood and the demands of everyday life with a gentle, professional approach. Services include pregnancy yoga, yoga classes for beginners and experienced participants, workshops, and reflexology for adults and babies.

Support for those preparing for pregnancy and birth includes yoga and reflexology, while new families can access home visits and remote guidance on infant sleep, breastfeeding and care. After birth, offerings include mother-and-baby yoga, a reflexology group for babies, and workshops focused on the pelvic floor and core. Adult reflexology sessions also provide a calming opportunity to relax and recover from stress or exhaustion.

Appointments take place at the Pirkkala reception, with home visits available for families with babies. Zonebysatu aims to support balance, recovery and wellbeing for both individuals and families in a welcoming, safe setting
