ZooDirect France

Zoodirect is a pet food brand that sells directly to customers, presenting itself as both creator and producer of its own recipes. By removing intermediaries, the company aims to offer competitively priced food while maintaining close control over ingredients and product consistency. Its range includes food for dogs and cats, with dry kibble options such as grain-free, low-grain and semi-moist formulas.

Products are organized for different life stages and needs, including puppies and kittens, senior dogs, sterilized pets and dogs needing weight management. The site features several brands, including Animalux, Bon Appétit, Natyka, Natura Wild and Wolf’s Mountain, alongside treats and pet accessories. Zoodirect also serves breeders and professionals, offering specialist deals, puppy kits and larger-volume purchases.

Customers can order through a flexible subscription that the company says can be adjusted, paused or cancelled, with discounts of up to 15%; other promotions are also available. The brand provides delivery and customer support, and states that most orders are delivered as soon as the next day
