Zorgboerderij de Lindehoeve is a care farm in rural Vriescheloo, offering daytime activities for older people and adults who need support. Its welcoming, wheelchair-accessible farmhouse provides activity areas, places to rest and sleep, and an accessible toilet. The farm aims to offer a safe, sociable setting where participants can enjoy meaningful days, with activities shaped around their interests and abilities.
The varied programme includes creative and practical projects, gardening, growing and harvesting produce in the greenhouses, and helping care for the animals. Participants can also use the woodworking workshop, play billiards, or follow an accessible walking route with resting points to enjoy the surrounding landscape. The Lindehoeve also provides transport using two minibuses equipped with wheelchair lifts. Volunteer drivers pick up and bring participants home. Day services operate Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
