Zorgunits Op Maat

Alforte develops and supplies custom care units across the Netherlands, offering flexible living spaces designed to help people remain at home longer. Its units are built from standard modular elements connected on site, allowing dimensions, layouts, finishes, and facilities to be tailored to each home, garden, and budget. Unlike conventional prefabricated containers, Alforte’s construction system does not require an expensive crane.

Units are available to buy or rent, with a minimum 24-month rental period. They are fully demountable and largely reusable, making them suitable for situations where additional accommodation may only be needed temporarily. Alforte can provide units in a range of configurations, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and options for greater comfort and accessibility.

The company says standard components help it respond quickly, with delivery typically taking eight to ten working weeks after quote approval. Alforte also guides customers through financing, including WMO support and other subsidy arrangements. Its services span the process from planning and customization to delivery, helping create practical, comfortable extra living space for care needs
