About Zettascale Computing
This AI hardware company develops energy-efficient silicon and computing systems for frontier artificial intelligence, with a focus on inference, training, and models that learn through experience. Its central product is the XPU, a reconfigurable chip designed to keep data close to computation and reduce the energy spent moving it. The company says its XPU Grasshopper prototype is running end-to-end inference on an FPGA and is heading toward silicon; the prototype is not generally available, and a serving API is planned.
