族谱九 is an online resource focused on Chinese genealogy and historical family records. It helps users search for local branch genealogies, smaller family lineages, and less commonly available genealogy materials, with the aim of tracing the origins of specific branches. The site presents resources under categories such as family genealogies, branch records, household genealogies, lineage charts, and ancestral books, alongside tools and terms for searching family lines and generational naming systems.

Entries identify works by title and, where available, authors, dynasties, editions, and publication details, suggesting an emphasis on archival and bibliographic discovery. Visitors can browse the categorized collections or search the site for relevant records. The website also displays Alipay as a payment option. Overall, Zupu9 serves readers and family-history researchers seeking Chinese lineage information and access to specialized historical materials.
