Fundacja z Uśmiechem is a charitable foundation based in Kielce, Poland, established in December 2007 to support families, especially children and young people, people with disabilities, and residents of smaller communities. Its work focuses on family support, inclusive education, rehabilitation, and improving access to services for people facing social or health-related challenges.

The foundation operates a broad network of community and educational facilities. These include family support and community self-help centres, a senior club, an integration day centre, non-public preschools and a preschool point, and primary schools in several localities. Its specialist services include an educational and rehabilitation centre, special preschool and school provision, a rehabilitation and education centre, counselling, and a vocational activity centre. The foundation also supports people in its care at home when health needs make this necessary.

Fundacja z Uśmiechem runs projects and works with municipalities, institutions, businesses, and donors. Individuals can contribute through donations or Poland’s 1.5% tax allocation.
