Zwaan Spinning Dronten

Zwaan Spinning Dronten offers indoor cycling classes in Dronten, led by instructor Alieke Zwaan. The sessions combine varied music, cycling speeds and adjustable resistance to create an energetic group workout, while allowing each participant to set an individual level of effort. Classes are presented as suitable for everyone and aim to help participants build fitness, burn calories and strengthen the buttocks, legs and abdominal muscles. Coaching and gradual increases in training intensity help riders challenge their limits safely.

Weekly classes take place on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Participants can book a single class for €10 or choose a 10-, 25- or 50-session pass. A free trial lesson can be discussed, and workshops and clinics are available on request. Zwaan Spinning operates at Educalaan 14 in Dronten. Alieke brings experience as an RPM-trained instructor and emphasizes enthusiastic teaching, a welcoming group atmosphere and exercise tailored to individual goals.
