Zweirad Bülke is a family-oriented bicycle retailer serving customers from its main shop in Düren-Birkesdorf and a branch in Merzenich, Germany. Its range includes bicycles, e-bikes, pedelecs, accessories and spare parts. The shop sells bicycles from KREIDLER, BBF, VICTORIA, CONWAY and CONDOURA, and e-bikes and pedelecs from those brands as well as QiO. Customers can try bikes on the store’s own grounds, and eligible trade-ins are accepted for used bicycles originally purchased from Zweirad Bülke.

The business provides repairs and maintenance for bicycles and pedelecs from the brands it carries, with workshop visits by appointment. Customers can arrange paid home collection for service if they lack a way to transport their bike. Bicycle leasing and insurance services are also available. Zweirad Bülke’s online shop displays additional products that may not be stocked in-store and supports browsing, reservations and orders for collection and purchase at the shop. The retailer also offers refurbished used bicycles and pedelecs through its Facebook presence.
