zwembad Middelstum

Middelstum Swimming Pool is a fully volunteer-run outdoor swimming facility serving the local community. Set up for a day outside, the pool offers an open-air swimming area alongside a sunbathing lawn and a small football field. The website provides practical information for visitors, including opening hours and admission prices, and shares news and details about sponsors. Visitors can also find contact information and enquire about renting the pool.

The organisation relies on volunteers to keep the facility operating and is seeking people who want to contribute. It is looking for a chairperson for 2027, as well as pool supervisors who can spend a few hours overseeing the swimming area and helping children enjoy their time in the water. People interested in either role are invited to get in touch. Supporters who appreciate the pool can also make a donation through the website. With its recreational facilities and community-led operation, Middelstum Swimming Pool offers a local place to swim, relax and take part in outdoor activities.
