Zyn in balans

ZYN in balans is Yvette Brugman’s practice for hormonal coaching and energetic balance, based in Hoogvliet, South Holland. It supports women, particularly those aged 40–55, who feel tired, emotionally unsettled, or affected by changing cycles and want to better understand their bodies. Yvette combines hormone knowledge with energetic work, focusing on possible underlying causes and offering support tailored to each client.

Services range from a one-off HormoonCheck Basis session, with questionnaires, a three-day food diary, and a consultation, to the more detailed HormoonCheck Uitgebreid, which adds a personal report and practical guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, routine, and stress. The 12-week, one-to-one Holistic Hormone Programme includes five coaching sessions, workbooks, recipes and weekly menus, energetic support, and contact by WhatsApp or email. Clients can also book an Energetische Balans session using multidimensional kinesiology and a gentle muscle test. A complimentary, 15-minute introductory phone call is available to help prospective clients explore which option may suit them.
